Kutahya Sugar Molasses Tank
To eliminate the liquefaction risk on the site and increase the bearing capacity of the tank foundation; the Application of a total of 121 bored piles with a diameter of Ø80 cm has been planned. Considering the loads from the Melas tank and soil conditions, pile lengths were designed as 16.50 m, and the layout was designed as a grid with 2.1 m spacing. As a result of the group effect and settlement analyses performed; it was reported that the system complies with regulations and technical specifications and meets the necessary safety and bearing requirements.
