In 2024, detailed soil investigation works were carried out by us within the scope of the project, and soil parameters were analyzed in light of the obtained field and laboratory data. In line with these analyses and design criteria; the Application of 502 bored piles and 122 plastic piles with a diameter of Ø65 cm was carried out on the site. Additionally, 52 bored piles were constructed for the sub-foundation of the retaining walls to be built.
Necessary quality control and pile integrity tests (PIT) were meticulously applied on these completed piles; furthermore, the behavior of the foundation system under service loads, settlement criteria, and the compliance of bearing capacity with relevant technical standards were reported via the load tests performed.
