Salihli Railway
The structural safety under the TCDD railway line and approach fills crossing over the SAN 33-34 and SAN 33-24 Geothermal pipelines located in Manisa, Salihli district was analyzed.
Specifically for the SAN 33-34 line; the engineering behavior of 8 steel casing pipes with Ø1200 mm diameter and t=16 mm thickness, which will be situated under a maximum fill height of 7.5 m between the existing DSM columns constructed with Ø100 cm diameter and 2.4 m spacing, was examined.
In the investigations conducted for the SAN 33-24 line crossing; the use of 2 steel casing pipes with Ø1200 mm diameter and 4 with Ø800 mm diameter was evaluated.
