Tepe Insaat Kurtkoy
Within the scope of the MHR Kurtkoy Housing Project located in Istanbul Pendik, a shoring system containing 131 bored piles with a diameter of 65 cm and 349 mini piles with a diameter of 30 cm was constructed as vertical support elements.
Before the Application of prestressed anchors, which are horizontal support elements, anchor capacities were determined via Mock-up tests; subsequently, their application commenced following a project revision. To monitor the structural performance, inclinometer casings were installed on the site, and the necessary instrumentation monitoring and reporting processes were carried out.
