Stability checks and liquefaction analyses were performed for the Spherical Tank 204, and ground improvement projects were designed. In this process, the existing ring foundation was converted into a raft foundation by extending it 3.90 m; due to the structure approaching the sloped area, bearing capacity, settlement, and slope stability analyses were renewed.
To increase the soil bearing capacity, Ø30 cm Mini Jet Grout columns and Mini DSM columns at different angles were designed within the scope of the project.
