In 2024, at the Istanbul Zeytinburnu Delta Hotel construction site, a secant bored pile system was constructed to ensure deep excavation safety and watertightness. Within the scope of the project; the Application of a total of 1,020.60 m of bored piles with a diameter of Ø100 cm and 930.05 m with a diameter of Ø80 cm was completed. Additionally, steel pipe struts are present at the work site as internal support elements. To monitor structural performance, 5 inclinometer casings were installed on the site, and the necessary instrumentation monitoring and reporting processes were carried out.
